- Conducted at the Graduate School of Health Sciences, Kobe University; the subject’s home; or other location (where privacy can be maintained)

- Conducted remotely via social software (LINE, etc) or video conferencing software (ZOOM, etc.).

1) Family concerns related to treatment of illnesses in the home
2) Family treatment consultations related to patients with chronic diseases or young children with illness
3) Problems related to single-parent families
4) Consultations on parenting for families with infants and toddlers
5) Other matters

Naohiro Hohashi, PhD, RN, PHN, LSN, HS, FAAN
Biographical data: A graduate of The University of Tokyo. From 1993 has specialized in family nursing, during which he has devoted over 20 years to development of the Concentric Sphere Family Environment Theory (CSFET), and Family Care/Caring/Healing Theory (FCCHT). Served as a Director of the International Family Nursing Association (IFNA); Vice President of the Japanese Association for Research in Family Nursing (JARFN); Vice President of the Japan Academy of Nursing Science (JANS); and Director of the Japan Society of Nursing Research (JSNR). Was also honored with the appellation of FAAN (Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing), one of the nursing world's most prestigious titles.
