To Nursing Professionals

On the front lines of nursing, more family-focused care is desirable! Haven't you ever been in situations where you thought you were struggling to relate to family members?

We offer a learning system for nursing professionals (including via remote learning) in Japan and abroad to study theories (e.g., Concentric Sphere Family Environment Theory), family assessment models and family intervention models that form the basis of practice conducted at our consultation service.

Through participation in the society for the study of the Concentric Sphere Family Environment Theory (through holding of open seminars, workshops, etc.) and study at the Certified Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Family Health Nursing Program at Kobe University, candidates will acquire mastery of theory, practice and research in family health care nursing. The society for the study of the Concentric Sphere Family Environment Theory incorporates a system of occupational certification. Candidates have the option to obtain certification as either Certified Intermediate Specialist in Family Support (CISFS), Certified Advanced Specialist in Family Support (CASFS), or both. Following graduation from the CNS in Family Health Nursing Program and upon passing the certification examination, candidates will receive a CNS license in Family Health Nursing.

We welcome participation of those who aim to provide family-oriented health care nursing combined with professional knowledge. If you are interested in learning more about our program, please feel free to contact us.
